How to: Stand under a pull-up bar, reaching up to grasp the bar with both hands, palms facing away from you and slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Hang from the bar with your arms fully extended. Engage your core and pull your body upward by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together until your chin is above the bar. Slowly lower back down to the starting position.
Attention: Keep your body straight and avoid swinging or using momentum during the exercise.
