How to: Attach a rope handle to a cable machine at face level. Stand facing the machine, gripping the handle with both hands, palms facing each other. Step back and lean slightly backward, with your arms fully extended. Pull the handle toward your face by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Separate the rope ends as you pull, so they end up on either side of your face. Slowly return to the starting position.
Attention: Keep your core engaged and avoid using momentum or excessive body movement during the exercise.
