Bent-over Rows

Description

How to: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a barbell with both hands, palms facing your body. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at your hips to lower your torso forward, keeping your back straight and parallel to the floor. Hold the barbell with your arms fully extended. Pull the barbell upward by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together, keeping your elbows close to your body. Slowly return to the starting position.

Attention: Maintain a neutral spine and avoid rounding your back during the exercise.
