Lat Pulldowns

Description

How to: Sit at a lat pulldown machine, adjusting the thigh pads to fit snugly against your thighs. Grasp the bar with both hands, palms facing away from you and slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Sit up tall with your chest out and shoulders back. Pull the bar downward by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together until the bar reaches your collarbone. Slowly return to the starting position.

Attention: Keep your core engaged and avoid leaning back excessively during the movement.
