Seated Cable Rows

Description

How to: Sit on the bench of a cable row machine with your feet on the footplate. Grasp the handle with both hands, palms facing each other. Sit up tall with your chest out and shoulders back. Pull the handle towards your abdomen by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together, while keeping your torso stationary. Slowly return to the starting position.

Attention: Keep your core engaged and avoid using momentum or excessive body movement during the exercise.
