Hyperextensions (Back Extension)

Description

How to: Position yourself on a hyperextension bench, with your thighs resting on the pads and feet firmly on the footplate. Cross your arms over your chest or place your hands behind your head. Bend your upper body forward, keeping your back straight. Return to the starting position by engaging your lower back muscles to lift your torso upward.

Attention: Keep your movements slow and controlled, and avoid hyperextending your back at the top of the movement.
