Tricep Dips

Description

Tricep dips target your triceps, shoulders, and chest muscles.
How-to: Sit on the edge of a bench or chair, with your hands placed beside your hips. Move your body forward off the bench, supporting your weight with your hands. Lower your body until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle, then push yourself back up to the starting position.
Focus: Keep your elbows close to your body and maintain a controlled movement throughout the exercise.
